At Donacelet, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below, you'll find our Refund and Warranty Policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and warranties.

1. Refunds
All sales are final, and Donacelet does not offer refunds on purchases once an order has been processed or shipped. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at support@donacelet.app. We will review your case and, if applicable, offer an exchange or store credit.

2. Warranty
Donacelet offers a 1-year warranty on all of our devices, including the silicone wristbands and accompanying technology. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your device becomes defective within 1 year from the purchase date, you can request a free replacement.

3. Warranty Claim Process
To claim your warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to Donacelet at support@donacelet.app with a description of the defect, along with your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

  • Return Instructions: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the defective device.

  • Replacement: Once the defective device is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement device at no additional charge.

4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Normal wear and tear, including scratches or fading of the wristband, is not covered under this warranty.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a defective device. Donacelet will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement device once the claim is approved.
